Programme 2.1.1 - Capacity building for peace building - dedicated facilitation programme with mentor support for participating groups
Budget - € 150,000
Delivery Mechanism -
Programme 2.1.2 - Programmatic budget - (including small capital provisions) in support of target groups’ anti-sectarianism and anti-racism effort – 10 groups with programmatic budget of €8k each.

Programme 2.1.3 - Provision of training for diversity leaders - within target group communities so as to build their capacities to participate in the mainstream – civic leadership programme to enable potential and emerging leaders to participate in mainstream structures including Peace partnership and other decision-making bodies at the local level – delivery of 1 training programme

Programme 2.1.4. - Iconic peace building capital project - in support of developmental peace building work in the county with target groups of the Peace Programme

Delivery Mechanism - Co Louth Peace and Reconciliation Partnership
Programme 2.2. Local Victims and Survivors Programme - in recognition of the need for very local supports to be put in place for those individuals and groups which are now only beginning to emerge. Whilst it is acknowledged that the regional victims programme will be in place, individual families on Co Louth have yet to come forward. This proposed action with its local sensitivities will engage with these difficult to reach families to ensure their participation in the regional programme when it is available.

Delivery Mechanism - Tender
Programme 2.3. Displaced Person’s Programme - established to highlight the experiences of people who were displaced as a result of the Northern Conflict and in doing so address the anti-Northern sentiment which people who have been displaced cite as a remaining legacy of the Conflict. Also to engage with people displaced as a result of conflict in other countries and continents.

Programme 2.4. Socio-economic opportunities for people who experience sectarianism and racism - an integrated target group entrepreneur programme to build capacity for target groups to participate in the business community in the county and on a cross border basis.
Budget - € 90,000
Delivery Mechanism - Partner Delivery
Programme 2.5. Anti-sectarianism and anti-racism small grants programme - to enable particular target groups to address issues of as they experience them, building for a more inclusive society. The focus here is on particular target groups of the Peace III Programme which have identified peace building projects which they are now in a position to implement. Some of these groups were involved in Phase I of the programme as beneficiaries including Victims of the Conflict, people displaced as a result of the Conflict, former servicemen, ethnic minority groups, Older people, Travellers.
