| Programme 3.3. Response Fund - to address critical or emerging issues, e.g. mediation and/or other support services. This is in recognition of how vulnerable this particular county is to the emerging issues around dissention in relation to the peace process; issues around ethnicity and how people from other societies (e.g. displaced people from the North of Ireland/Northern Ireland, international refugees, migrant workers) are tolerated, accepted and welcomed or not into the community. Public celebration and other local events - programme which encourages the general public, through their regular activities to include target groups of the programme, for example festivals, celebration events around national holidays, exhibitions and other events.
